The Reception Party!

We are holding our reception party the following evening, Saturday 28th August at 6.00pm until late at Treburgiewater Farmhouse, Dobwalls, Cornwall. It's Donnas mums house and is a lovely converted farmhouse just outside a village called Dobwalls near Liskeard, about an hour and a half's drive from Trevigue.

As there is a big open field (two acres of mowed grass with wild rabbits and some chickens!) adjoining Donna's mum's garden, we're setting up a dance tent with DJs and lights for the Saturday night, and will have live music too! So it'll be a kind of mini festival, worth keeping in mind when choosing shoes! I'm sure the party will go on to the early hours!

We suggest that people camp at a local camp-site, Pine Green Caravan and Camping Park, Doublebois, Liskeard. It has 24-hour shower and toilet facilities and stuff and is £9 per night. It's about fifteen minutes walk from Treburgiewater Farmhouse - leaving the farmhouse turn right and walk along the main road uphill, take the first right which is a narrow country lane (bring a torch!), follow this to the end and turn left, it's immediately on the right. www.pinegreenpark.co.uk Tel: 01579 320183.

Directions to reception at Dobwalls from Trevigue: Treburgiewater Farmhouse, Dobwalls, Cornwall. It's about an hour and a half's drive from Trevigue, near Liskeard… Take the A39 going south, then the A395 and onto the A30 to Launceston, then either the B3254 south to Liskeard or the A388 and onto the A390 to Liskeard, finally join the A38 to Dobwalls.

At the end of Dobwalls village fork left at the traffic lights onto the A390 signposted to St. Austell. After approximately 100m you will go under a bridge and there is a small turning immediately to the right, turn right here. The first house on the right is Treburgiewater Farmhouse (see photos below).

Directions to Dobwalls from junction 31, M5: Treburgiewater Farmhouse, Dobwalls, Cornwall. At junction 31on the M5, take the A38 to Dobwalls, a village close to Liskeard.
